Well, I know crepes are thin & spongy; but, the pancakes in the 2nd video looked pretty resilient when the guy was eating the one on his face, so I don't know.

I very much liked the two pancake videos. I have a hard time imagining how much time & effort the second one took. =) Saving "Cooking with Dave" for later.
